Had a great experience staying here. Staff were so helpful, location was perfect. Manager when we arrived insisted we contact him if we had any issues with the room as they were upgrading the lifts and he thought noise may be an issue but everything was fine.

On day 1 when we arrived we were greeted and given our apartment keys was clean and exactly what we needed, unfortunately the second night we went out for our meal and came back and went to our room and had a cup of tea and went to go to bed only to be greeted with banging on the wall from the apartment next door, the room phone rang we didn’t what it was at that point so we went to sleep, the next day we went out to enjoy our day and again had our evening meal we came back to the hotel and was greeted with hostility from the man on the reception desk at this point the girls had a few beverages and told us there was a complaint about noise, I then tried to explain we were just chatting in our living area and we received loud bangs on our wall, he turned round and said the hotel was to be in silence at 11pm and that if there was more noise we were to be moved hotel and that the room next to us were there for a month and we weren’t . This same couple that complained made noise at 6am in the morning by moving the furniture in the apartment which if it was the same as ours was like mental garden furniture for table and chairs on the tiled floor and they had there to on or radio too which we didn’t complain Not only this we used the spa which was not worth the money as we paid for the jacuzzi and sauna, the jacuzzi wasn’t hot was look warm and the sauna wasn’t switched on we had to wait u til it was heated to use it and if we wanted to use the indoor pool we were to pay extra which should be included in the hotel price. This experience made us on edge for the rest of our holiday and scared to turn on the shower and even flush the toilet. Every night when we came back we were given Awkward looks and felt uncomfortable least to say wouldn’t come back to this hotel as he put a dampener on what was an amazing holiday especially when he says to us to keep quite as the walls are thin.

Extremely friendly staff, they even gave us a better room because ours wasn't ready. Clean and iz has everything you need for ampleasent stay. Very good location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. With garage. We recomend and will stay again

We stayed at this hotel for one week. We usually stay with our daughter but we're celebrating a belated golden wedding and wanted to treat ourselves. What a treat we had! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It is first rate for standards, hospitality and cleanliness. The apartment was huge with high ceilings, great balcony too. Well equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. The spa is fabulous I enjoyed the best reflexology I have ever had. The restaurant was offering a limited selection being off season but we enjoyed what we had a selection of tapas, didn't try the breakfast this time either ate in apartment or in the vicinity. Daily maid service and they were very flexible as they work until 3.30 pm we chatted to maids and they came each day afternoons We are returning again in April and October and cannot wait!! Left luggage in their care on last day as late flight and took taxi to La Cañada. Thanks to Oscar in bar, Raul, Borja and Lorenzo on reception, always happy to assist It's just good that we are returning in a month!
